Working in a school environment for many years, I was asked to produce a system to register attendees for after school clubs.
There are many expensive cloud based systems out there but we wanted our own, self contained, system that was simple to use.
Using Microsoft Excel, and with only 2 tables to maintain (Pupil & Club Lists) it is just what was needed.. with termly records and data analysis, It has made teachers working lives that bit easier.
There is currently designed capacity for up to 1600 pupils and 50 clubs
